Before our kitchen remodel of this home, the old kitchen had a “U” shaped counter top with a table and chairs. Our kitchen remodeling crew removed the soffits above the old cabinets, removed a wall and moved a window. This allowed us to enlarge the kitchen and give the kitchen another shape. Kitchen remodeling through the use of new cabinets and granite or quartz counter tops and increased lighting has permitted us to show off our kitchen remodeling skills as well as our kitchen design capabilities.

We used angled cabinets with glass doors to draw the kitchen and dining room together. The stepped up granite eat at counter top was used to hide a prep area from the dining room. The granite counter top used in this kitchen is called “Desert Sands” for its unique veining and granite colors. The kitchen cabinet door style is traditional yet has been transformed into a more modern look by using long sleek stainless steel pulls.
