From Kitchen Design Dream To Dream Design Kitchen
Our Step By Step Dream-Maker Process
Initial contact is made - at this time, we briefly discuss what it is you would like. A determination is made, as to whether we can handle the job to your satisfaction.
Together we set a date and time for you to visit the showroom. We will review the blueprints/plans/hand sketches for your project.
Kitchen Concepts Inc. will visit the job site and take detailed measurements or review drawings that are provided by you or your contractor. We will have an extensive discussion on how you envision your new kitchen or bath to look and function. Details we will cover are: color, wood, drawers, door style, layout, cabinet construction, quality, cost, functionality, options, appliances, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, plumbing and who will do the work, delivery and timing. We want to develop a very close relationship with you, in order to understand, completely, how you envision the completed project to look. We want you to tell us, what it is you expect from us, so that we can provide exactly what you want. Serving you is our number one priority.
We will do one or more designs, based on your input. We will design an affordable dream kitchen by using creative problem solving, while providing function, practicality and common sense. We will also obtain countertop and flooring estimates at this time, if so desired.
We will call when the designs are complete and set-up an appointment for you to visit the showroom to see the actual cabinetry displays, different door styles and colors. You will have a hands-on opportunity to inspect the cabinetry, at that time we will review the designs and make any necessary changes. Then, back to the drawing board for the revised design. The design process may take 2 or 3 visits, which is common, in order to provide you with a design that meets your needs. We will also go over the countertop and flooring estimates, if applicable.
Next, you will decide who will do the actual removal and installation of your new cabinets.
At this point, we will have a verbal agreement, stating you would like us to continue the quote process.
We will revisit the job site along with the contractor of your choice or one of our recommended contractors to take final measurements, to make double sure that everything fits properly, as we expect it will. The contractor will discuss with you, in detail, exactly what is expected of him, how you would like things to be done, and a projected start and finish date.
Kitchen Concepts Inc. will provide you with a detailed quote, based on customer's discussion with the contractor and Kitchen Concepts Inc.
We along with the contractor will present the entire package to the customer. Included in the cost will be the following applicable items: cabinets, countertop, backsplash, flooring, sinks, faucets, lighting and labor including plumbing and electrical.
Actual signing of the contracts: one contract for materials and one contract for labor. Down payments and copies of all documents will be distributed.
Work begins. We will conduct a daily review of the progress with the contractor and customer.
Project is finished with a happy and satisfied customer.
